GitHub REST API · JSONBuildergame project demo
Projects deserve a place people can return to after demo day. Buildergame turns public repositories into a town you can explore.
Explore the town
Open a wooden sign to meet the builder. Find a project on the map, then follow its progress through saved snapshots.
Plots stay fixed as the town grows.
Five building appearances, from land to a garden home.
Create from real GitHub data
Choose public repositories and a landscape. Decide what progress means for your projects or community.
One builder's portfolio or a shared hackathon neighborhood.
Save real GitHub observations and revisit them later.
Export JSON, keep your history, and host a static town.
Optional Privy integration
Town creators can add a receiving wallet. Visitors sign in with Privy, review the transfer, and approve it themselves.
Privy provides the login and wallet flow.
The app checks the network, recipient and amount before confirming success.
A human-approved 0.001 Sepolia test-ETH transfer succeeded in the hosted app. Support leaves house growth unchanged.
Under the hood
The town works in the browser. Optional support adds a wallet flow without replacing the experience.
Repository capture produces validated JSON snapshots. Town owners choose the growth rules and keep their history.
GitHub REST API · JSONFixed plots, authored building models and saved snapshots bring each town to life across desktop and mobile.
TypeScript · Three.js · GLBPrivy handles login and wallet access. The app sends Sepolia test ETH directly and verifies the transaction receipt.
Privy React SDK · Ethereum SepoliaWallet identity, community permissions and on-chain milestones are future directions. The current demo focuses on project discovery, visible progress and optional testnet support.
